    President and Executive Director

    Kevin Edwards Cahill is Dr. Deming’s grandson and currently volunteers full-time as the Executive Director of The W. Edwards Deming Institute®. Kevin also serves on the Board of Trustees, where he is President and a Successor Founding Trustee. Kevin is responsible for guiding the global efforts to achieve the aim of The Deming Institute and leads their strategic planning, management, operations, marketing and communications efforts. He travels, speaks, writes and presents on behalf of the Institute and in support of his grandfather’s message. Kevin is a member of the ASQ Deming Medal Committee.[Read More]

    Director of Development & Communications

    Darlene joined The W. Edwards Deming Institute® in early 2013 as the Director of Development and Communications. Following a 10-year advertising career as a Broadcast Media Buyer with McCann Erickson and Stanton Bondo & Company in Seattle, Darlene refocused her professional life on the nonprofit sector. Darlene has spent more than 25 years serving the nonprofit community in various capacities.     Senior Administrative Assistant

    Janine joined The W. Edwards Deming Institute in March 2017 and serves as Senior Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining The Deming Institute, Janine worked at Rocketdyne for 12 years as an administrative professional. While at Rocketdyne, Janine participated in the Enterprise Thinking Network, a group of like-minded individuals engaged in applying better thinking at both the individual and organizational level.
